Event Coordination is perfect if you have
done all the planning and just want a
professional coordinator at your event.
We play a vital role as "Director";
respectfully overseeing set up, vendors,
answering questions, assisting all
guests/participants to ensure all the
activities fall into place.

There are four levels of service to meet your needs.  Prices depend on our service.  You can request "mini" consultations for simply helping with
the budget, advising on etiquette, or finding a location.  Or you can request that we assist with all of the planning, including overseeing the
actual event.   Each event requires different planning; therefore, pricing will be further discussed at the time of our first meeting.

Each plan contains an initial consultation. During this visit, we get to know you and your idea of a perfect event.  With that information, we can
completely organize and plan your event by establishing a realistic budget, discussing time lines and event locations that fit into your budget and
needs.  Whether you choose to have us involved in the whole process or only have the initial consultation, when you leave you will have a
guideline tailored just for your event.
FULL SERVICE-"A La Carte" or as an entire package

Full Service allows us to do the planning, coordination and oversight of specific services
that you want us to handle (finding the perfect location, photographer, video, band,
rentals, flowers, transportation, etc.) This service can also be an entire package where
Eventi's involvement is in every facet of your event-from the initial consultation to when
your event is completely finished. This service is for the busy person or corporation that
knows what they want and wants someone else to handle the details and the not so busy
person who wants someone else to help them step by step.
GOLD

Includes everything in Silver "Day of
Service" plus:

Based on your needs and budget, we'll
recommend vendors and guide you with
information on different locations,
contracts, timing of activities as well as
offer tips and creative ideas on how to
save money.  We'll also create a
detailed "schedule of your day",
coordinate the event details and conduct
rehearsals (for weddings). These
valuable services ensure that your event
goes smoothly.
PLATINUM

Includes everything in Silver and Gold
packages plus:

This deluxe package will definitely put
your mind at ease, knowing every angle
of your event is covered.
