Weddings
Eventi Planners provides a variety of lighting design options for weddings. To transform the entire atmosphere of a room, we place
lights around the perimeter of the room and shine them against the wall. This instantly creates a sense of elegance. To bring
people onto the dance floor, we create a tasteful “club-feeling” space with moving, flashing, and color-changing lights. For slow and
romantic songs, we create our version of dancing under the night sky stars by using a special lighting effect on the floor and ceiling
and turning the dance floor a deep blue color. In addition, when a band performs at a reception, we utilize color-changing lights to
focus attention on the band. As the mood of the music changes, we alter the light colors and effects illuminating the band to match
the atmosphere or feel created by the music.
Ceremony Lighting
Accent lighting establishes the perfect mood and ambience for a wedding ceremony. We can provide a variety of lighting designs
that will accent key areas and features of the ceremony area including the floral arrangements, unity candle, bride/groom, altar, and
other areas or features important to you.
Reception Room Uplighting
We use uplighting to create a sense of elegance in the room. We place lights around the perimeter of the room and shine them up,
giving the walls a warm glow. We are able to make these lights shine any color. Typically, we place white lights behind the bride and
groom at the head table to draw attention to them.
Cake Lighting
Most often, a great deal of thought (and money) is invested into the perfect wedding cake only to have it sit in the dark. Accent
lighting brings attention to the cake and helps showcase this important feature of your event.
Head Table Lighting
The bridal party is an important group of special friends and family. They deserve a little extra attention to accent their important
role and relationship with the bride and groom. We can shine a gentle spotlight on the bridal party table to illustrate their
significance. In addition, colors can be added to head table lighting to match the wedding colors.
Dance Floor Lighting
We offer different dance floor packages including a 2-truss setup and a 4-truss setup as well as other varieties of light placements.
We hang LED color-changing lights, fully animated rotating LED color-changing lights, effect and pattern rotating color-changing
lights, and additional effect lights on these lighting trusses.
Band Lighting
Live entertainment adds a special touch to the wedding and ceremony. This feature of your event can be augmented with special
lighting. Elegant and soft animated lighting glides with romantic slow tunes while vivid and energetic lighting jumps during upbeat
fast songs. Effect lighting can totally change the look and feel of music.
Monogram Lighting
Monogram lighting is the placement of your name or initials into light and project this as an image on a wall, dance floor, or ceiling.
This special signature can add a distinctive feel and a personal touch to the event and showcase the bride and groom. This lighting
is customized with special art work to put your name in lights for your event.
